We know that dealing with the everyday realities of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) can be very challenging. Families often have to manage emotional, practical and financial difficulties. There can also be complex local authority policies and law to negotiate when trying to secure support for the child or young person.

In our experience families can be frustrated, and worn out, from having to constantly negotiate with a local authority or school to take action for the benefit of their child or young person.
